Avant de demander une réparation (dépannage), veuillez vérifier les points suivants.

La télécommande ne permet d'exécuter aucune opération.

•Vérifiez les piles de la télécommande. Vous devez peut-être les remplacer.

•Utilisez la télécommande à moins de 6,1 m du lecteur.

•Retirez les piles et appuyez sur un ou plusieurs boutons pendant plusieurs minutes afin de drainer le microprocesseur de la télécommande et de le réinitialiser. Insérez à nouveau les piles et essayez d'utiliser la télécommande.

Le disque ne fonctionne pas.

•Assurez-vous que le disque est posé la face imprimée dirigée vers le haut.

•Vérifiez le code régional du BD/DVD.

Le son 5.1 canaux n'est pas restitué.

•Le son 5.1 canaux n'est restitué que si les conditions suivantes sont remplies. :

1.Le lecteur de disque Blu-ray est relié à l'amplificateur approprié.

2.Le disque est enregistré en son 5.1 canaux.

•Vérifiez que la mention “5.1” figure bien sur le boîtier du disque.

•Vérifiez que votre chaîne hi-fi est branchée et fonctionne correctement.

•Dans le menu Param., la sortie audio est-elle bien réglée sur Bitstream?

Le menu Disque ne s'affiche pas.

• Vérifiez que le disque dispose bien d'un menu.
