Grill- och shasilikspett (tillbehör), används så här:

•Placera den djupa plåten (utan ställ) på nivå 1 för att samla upp köttsafterna eller på ugnens botten om en stor köttbit tillagas.

•Skjut på en av gafflarna på spettet och skjut på köttstycket som ska tillagas.

•Förvälld potatis och andra grönsaker kan placeras runt kanterna i den djupa plåten så att de ugnsteks samtidigt.

•Placera vaggan på mitthyllan med den “v”-formade delen riktad framåt.

•Handtaget kan skruvas på den trubbiga änden, det gör det enklare att skjuta på köttstycket.

•Vila spettet i vaggan med den spetsiga änden riktad bakåt och skjut försiktigt in det tills spettets ände förs in i vridmekanismen på ugnens baksida. Spettets trubbiga ände måste vila på den “v”-formade delen. (Det finns två tungor på spettet som ska vara närmast ugnsluckan så att spettet inte glider framåt, tungorna håller även fast handtaget.)

•Skruva bort handtaget innan tillagningen påbörjas. Ta bort spettet från vaggan genom att skruva fast handtaget när tillagningen är klar.

Använda tillbehör

Bakplåten, den djupa plåten och grillgallret skall infogas korrekt i sidskenorna. När du tar ut tillagad mat från ugnen, var försiktig med varma redskap och ytor.

När du använder den djupa plåten eller bakplåten för uppsamling av fett vid tillagning av mat, kontrollera att plåten är korrekt placerad i sidskenorna. Om dessa tillbehör kommer i kontakt med ugnens nedre yta, kan ytans emaljering skadas. Plåtar som placeras på nivå 1 skall placeras med ett mellanrum på minst 2 cm från ugnens nedre yta.
