Cela se produit lorsque la liste de cartes vidéo actuelle ne s'affiche pas normalement. Vous pouvez vérifier à partir de Démarrer > Paramètres > Système > Matériel > Gestionnaire de périphériques > Carte graphique.

Rendez-vous sur la page d'accueil du fabricant de la carte vidéo et téléchargez le pilote le plus récent.

Le programme Highlight utilise les lignes de communication, vous devez donc quitter le programme Highlight avant d'ouvrir

Mettez Highlight HORS tension avant d'utiliser MagicTune™.

En cas de problème

zMagicTune™ peut ne pas fonctionner si le moniteur a été remplacé ou si le pilote de la carte graphique a été mis à jour alors que MagicTune™ fonctionnait. Si tel est le cas, redémarrez votre système.

*Pour vérifier si votre PC peut prendre en charge la fonction MagicTune™, procédez comme suit (sous Windows™ XP) :

Panneau de configuration → Performances et maintenance → Système → Matériel → Gestionnaire de périphériques → Moniteurs. Après avoir

supprimé le moniteur Plug and Play, sélectionnez Ecran Plug-and-Play en lançant une recherche d'un nouveau matériel.

MagicTune™ est un logiciel supplémentaire pour le moniteur. Certaines cartes graphiques peuvent ne pas prendre en charge votre moniteur. En cas de problème avec la carte graphique, rendez-vous sur notre site Web pour consulter la liste des cartes
