1.PCM : Välj detta alternativ om du inte har någon utrustning som kan avkoda signaler av typen Dolby Digital (eller MPEG-2). När du spelar ett ljudspår med Dolby Digital (eller MPEG-2) omvandlas den digitala signalen till PCM Stereo.

2.Bitstream : Skickar ut Dolby Digital (eller MEPG-

2)som en bitström. Välj detta när din AV-mottagare eller AV-förstärkare har Dolby Digital (eller MPEG-2) dekoder.

■Inställningen digital utsignal fungerar

likadant på ljud i form av Dolby Digital och

OBS! MPEG-2. LPCM-ljudspår skickas alltid ut som PCM. Detta är inte relaterat till inställningen för den digitala utsignalen.

■Se till att du väljer rätt digital utsignal annars hör du inget ljud eller bara högt oljud.

DTS

1.Off : Ger inte ut någon DTS-signal. Välj detta när din AV-mottagare eller AV-förstärkare inte har någon DTS-dekoder.

2.On : Ger ut en DTS-bitström via den digitala utgången om du spelar ett DTS-spår. Välj endast detta när din AV-mottagare (eller AV- förstärkare) har DTS-dekoder.

■ När ett DTS-ljudspår spelas upp ges inget ljud ut från AV Audio Output.

V-läge kompatibilitet

Denna funktion handlar om inställningen för att välja ljud när du spelar in NICAM STEREO(Multi-audio)- sändningen till hårddisk. Den påverkar inte direktinspelningen av program på DVD.

1. Off : Både “DUAL L” och “DUAL R” av multi-

 

audiosändningen spelas in på hårddisken.

 

Titlar som spelas in på hårddisk med den

 

inställningen kan inte kopieras till V-läge

 

(DVD-RW/-R).

 

 

 

2. On : Varken “DUAL L” eller “DUAL R” av multi-

2.Off : Du kan titta på filmen med vanligt dynamiskt omfång.
