Velg ønsket innspillingstid og bildekvalitet blant en av fire innspillingsmoduser ved å trykke på REC MODE- knappen flere ganger mens apparatet er i stoppmodus Generelt sett vil bildekvaliteten øke når innspillingstiden minsker. I FR-modus velges den mest passende innspillingsmodusen automatisk, i forhold til gjenværende tid på platen og lengden på timer- innspillingen. Denne funksjonen velger kun én modus i XP-, SP-, LP- og EP-modus, og du kan bruke denne modusen for timer-innspilling.
