I almindelighed forbedres billedkvaliteten, jo mere optagetiden reduceres. I tilstanden FR vælges den bedst passende optagetilstand automatisk i forhold til den resterende tid på disken og timeroptagelsens længde. Denne funktion vælges kun i XP-, SP-, LP- og EP-tilstande, og du kan bruge tilstanden til timeroptagelse.
