•Ei : Laite ei lähetä DTS-signaaleja. Valitse tämä vaihtoehto, jos AVvastaanottimessasi tai AV-vahvistimessasi ei ole DTS-dekooderia.

•On : Laite lähettää DTS Bitstream -signaaleja digitaalisen lähdön kautta DTS-muotoisia raitoja soitettaessa. Valitse tämä vaihtoehto ainoastaan silloin, jos AVvastaanottimesi (tai AV-vahvistimesi) on varustettu DTS-dekooderilla.

MDTS-muotoista ääniraitaa toistettaessa AV Audio -lähtöliitännästä ei lähde ääntä.

DRC

Tämä toiminto on käytössä ainoastaan Dolby Digital -signaalien yhteydessä.

•On : Elokuvamusiikkia matalalla äänenvoimakkuudella tai pienten kaiutinten kautta soitettaessa järjestelmä säätelee äänenpainetta tilanteen mukaan ja tuo matalataajuiset äänet paremmin esiin sekä estää dramaattisten kohtien ylikorostumisen.

•Ei : Voit nauttia elokuvasta tavallisella dynaamiikka-alueella.

NICAM

NICAM-ohjelmat voidaan jakaa 3 ryhmään : NICAM Stereo, NICAM Mono ja Bilingual (lähetys toisella kielellä). NICAM-ohjelmat lähetetään aina standardilla monoäänellä varustettuna. Voit valita haluamasi äänen kytkemällä NICAM-toiminnon päälle tai pois päältä.

•On : NICAM-tila

•Ei : Käytä tätä toimintatilaa NICAM-lähetyksen standardin monoäänen tallennukseen ainoastaan silloin, jos huonot vastaanotto-olosuhteet johtavat stereoäänen vääristymiseen.

V-Mode-yhteensopivuus

Tällä asetuksella valitaan ääni, kun tallennetaan NICAM STEREO (moniääninen) -lähetys kiintolevylle. Se ei vaikuta ohjelman tallentamiseen suoraan DVD-levylle.

•Ei : Moniäänisen lähetyksen Dual L (vasen)- ja Dual R (oikea) -ääni tallennetaan kiintolevylle. Jos kiintolevylle on tallennettu tiedostoja tämän asetuksen ollessa käytössä, niitä ei voi kopioida DVD+RW-, DVD±R- tai DVD-RW-levylle (V-tila).

•On : Moniäänisestä lähetyksestä tallennetaan kiintolevylle joko Dual L (vasen)- tai Dual R (oikea) -ääni. Tässä tilassa kiintolevylle tallennettuja nimikkeitä voi kopioida DVD±RW/±R- tai DVD-RW- levylle (V-tila). Dual L- ja Dual R -vaihtoehdot voi valita ääniasetuksissa.
