•Bei DVD-RWs kann die Aufnahme und Wiedergabe sowohl im Videomodus (V) als auch im VR-Modus erfolgen.

•Nach Fixierung einer im VR- oder Videomodus beschriebenen DVD-RW ist ein weiteres Beschreiben nicht mehr möglich.

•Nach dem Fixieren einer DVD-RW im Videomodus entspricht diese einer DVD-Video.

•In beiden Modi (V und VR) ist die Wiedergabe vor und nach der Fixierung möglich, Schreib-, Lösch- und Bearbeitungsvorgänge nach der Fixierung jedoch nicht.

•Wenn Sie auf eine DVD-RW zunächst im VR-Modus aufnehmen und anschließend im Videomodus (V) aufnehmen möchten, müssen Sie die Disk neu formatieren. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dabei alle vorhandenen Daten gelöscht werden.

•Die erste Initialisierung einer leeren DVD-RW erfolgt im VR-Modus.

❖DVD+RWs wiedergeben und beschreiben

•Bei DVD+RWs besteht kein Unterschied zwischen dem DVD-Videoformat (V-Modus) und dem DVD- Videoaufnahmeformat (VR-Modus).

•Eine Fixierung ist bei der Verwendung einer DVD+RW normalerweise nicht notwendig.

❖DVD-RAMs wiedergeben und beschreiben

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass der VR-Modus als Aufnahmemodus eingestellt ist. Anderenfalls kann das Gerät die Aufnahme nicht wiedergeben.

•DVD-RAMs können aus Kompatibilitätsgründen nicht mit allen DVD-Playern wiedergegeben werden.

•Dieses Gerät kann nur DVD-RAMs nach Standard-Version 2.0 abspielen.

•Möglicherweise kann eine mit diesem Gerät beschriebene DVD-RAM von anderen DVD-Playern nicht gelesen werden. Angaben zur Kompatibilität mit diesen DVD-RAMs finden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung des Players.

•Wenn Sie DVD-RAMs mit Cartridge verwenden, entfernen Sie die Cartridge und verwenden Sie nur die Disk.
