Method 2 : Connecting a Camcorder to the LINE2 Input jacks

You can also use the LINE2 IN jacks on the front panel of the DVD Recorder. You can record from connected equipment.

When an input source is inserted into LINE2 while viewing TV, the input will be switched to LINE2 automatically.

Step 6 : Preparing the Remote Control

Install Batteries in the Remote Control

●Open the battery cover on the back of the remote.

●Insert two AAA batteries. Make sure that the polari- ties (+ and -) are aligned correctly.

●Replace the battery cover.

If remote does not operate properly:

●Check the polarity + - of the batteries (Dry-Cell)

●Check if the batteries are drained.

●Check if remote sensor is blocked by obstacles.

●Check if there is any fluorescent lighting nearby.

Dispose of batteries according to local environmen- tal regulations. Do not put them in the household trash.

Connecting & Setting UP

Method 3 : Connecting a Camcorder to the DV IN jack

If your camcorder has a DV output jack, connect it to the DV input jack of your DVD Recorder.

DVs can be used as only input jack, not output jack.

Setting the Remote Control

Your DVD Recorder remote control will work with Samsung televisions and compatible brands.
