Die Funktion hängt vom Disk-Typ ab. Bei manchen Disk-Typen steht sie unter Umständen nicht zur Verfügung.

•4:3 Normal: Mit dieser Einstellung können Sie auf einem Fernseher mit dem Bildformat 4:3 eine DVD im Breitbildformat 16:9 wiedergeben. Am oberen und unteren Rand sind schwarze Balken zu sehen.

•4:3 Passend: Mit dieser Einstellung können Sie eine DVD im normalen Fernsehformat wiedergeben, bei dem der zentrale Bildbereich des Breitbildformats 16:9 zu sehen ist. Rechter und linker Bildrand werden abgeschnitten.

•16:9 Breit : Mit dieser Einstellung kann das volle Breitbildformat 16:9 auf einem Breitbildfernseher angezeigt werden.
