Using the Custom White Balance
OWhite balance settings may vary slightly depending on the shooting environment. You can select the most appropriate white balance setting for a given shooting environment by setting up the custom white balance.
Long Time shutter
OThis camera automatically adjusts the shutter speed and aperture values to the shooting environment. However, in NIGHT SCENE mode, you can set the shutter speed and aperture values to your preference.

-The user configured white balance will be remain effective until it is overwritten.
1.Select the [Night] scene mode. (p. 18)
2.Press the LT icon and Long Time shutter menu will be displayed.
3.Configure the Long Time shutter value with the WX icon
4.Press the icon. The value you set will be menu will be saved and the mode will switch to NIGHT mode.

Exposure value
QThis camera automatically adjusts the exposure according to the ambient lighting conditions.
OCompensating Exposure
1.Press the exposure compensation menu icon () and the exposure compensation menu
bar will appear as shown.
2. Change the exposure value by using the WX icon. 3. Press the exposure compensation menu icon
() again. The value you set will be saved and the Exposure Compensation setup mode will close.
ÚA negative exposure compensation value reduces the exposure.
Note that a positive exposure compensation value increases the exposure and the LCD monitor will appear white or you may not get good pictures.
Movie Clip frame stabiliser
QThis function helps stabilize images captured during movie recording. You can select this menu only in the MOVIE CLIP mode. If the memory card is not inserted, this function will not operate.
() : Movie clip frame stabilizer function is disabled.
( ) : Prevents camera shake during movie recording.
() : The recording frame range will become narrower.
