+/- button
You can use the +/- button to adjust the values for the exposure compensation, aperture value and shutter speed.

Exposure compensation : This camera automatically adjusts the exposure according to the ambient lighting conditions. You can also select the exposure value by using the +/- button.
Compensating Exposure
1.Rotate the MODE DIAL to select the AUTO, APERTURE PRIORITY or SHUTTER PRIORITY mode.

*A negative exposure compensation value reduces the exposure. Note that a positive exposure compensation value increases the exposure and the LCD monitor will appear white or you may not get good pictures.
Aperture value : Set the aperture value for automatic exposure depends on the brightness of the object by automatic shutter speed setting in the camera.
Selecting the aperture value
1. Rotate the MODE DIAL to select the APERTURE PRIORITY mode.
2. Press and hold the +/- button and select the desired aperture value by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
3. Releasing the +/- button saves the settings and exits |
