1)Helyezze be a fényképezőgéppel szállított CD lemezt

2)Futtassa a Windows Explorer (Windows Intéző) programot, válassza ki a [CD-ROM meghajtó:\DirectX] mappát, majd kattintson a DXSETUP.exe fájlra. A DirectX telepítése végrehajtódik. A DirectX a következő weblapról tölthető le: http://www.microsoft.com/directx

Ha a fényképezőgéppel összekapcsolt számítógép nem válaszol a Windows beindulásakor.

Ebben az esetben kapcsolja szét a számítógépet és a fényképezőgépet, hogy a Windows beinduljon. Ha a probléma továbbra is fennáll, tiltsa le a Legacy USB Support (Örökölt USB támogatás) beállítást és indítsa újra a számítógépet. A Legacy USB Support (Örökölt USB támogatás) a BIOS beállító programban található. (A BIOS beállító program gyártóról gyártóra különbözik, és bizonyos BIOS menükben nem létezik a Legacy USB Support – örökölt USB támogatás – beállítás). Ha nem tudja megváltoztatni ezt a beállítást, forduljon a számítógép vagy a BIOS gyártójához.

Ha a videóklipet nem tudja letörölni, vagy a cserélhető lemez nem távolítható el, vagy a fájlátvitel közben hibaüzenet jelenik meg.

Ha csak a Samsung Master programot telepíti, a fent leírt problémák esetenként jelentkeznek.

–Zárja be a Samsung Master programot a Tálcán levő Samsung Master ikonra kattintva.

–Telepítse a szoftveres CD-n levő összes alkalmazásszoftvert.

Ha a lejátszó szoftver képaránya nem egyezik a monitor képarányával.

Ha a monitor felbontása kisebb, mint a videó felbontása, a lejátszó szoftver képaránya nem egyezik a monitor képarányával. A lejátszó szoftver menüjében beállíthatja a képarányt.
