Risoluzione dei problemi

In caso di funzionamento difettoso del collegamento USB verificare i seguenti punti.

 

Il cavo USB non è collegato oppure si sta utilizzando un cavo le cui

specifiche sono diverse da quelle certificate per la fotocamera.

 

➜ Utilizzare un cavo USB con le specifiche corrette.

 

 

 

 

 

La fotocamera non viene riconosciuta dal PC. Talvolta la fotocamera

➜ Spegnere la fotocamera, rimuovere il cavo USB, rimetterlo e

 

accendere la fotocamera.

 

 

Caso 3

Durante il trasferimento dei file si è verificato un errore inatteso.

➜ Spegnere e riaccendere la fotocamera e riprovare a trasferire

 

i file.

 

 

 

Utilizzo di un hub USB

Caso 4

➜ Se il PC e l'hub USB non sono compatibili potrebbero

esserci problemi a collegare alla fotocamera al computer

 

tramite l'hub. Si consiglia di collegare sempre la fotocamera

 

direttamente ad una porta USB del PC.

 

 

 

Utilizzo di altri dispositivi USB

Caso 5

➜ La fotocamera potrebbe non funzionare correttamente se

viene connessa al PC quando è già collegato un altro dispo-

 

 

sitivo USB. In tal caso, scollegare l'altro dispositivo.

 

 

 

Quando si apre Gestione periferiche (da Start ➛ (Impostazioni) ➛

 

Pannello di controllo ➛ (Prestazioni e manutenzione) ➛ Sistema ➛

 

(Hardware) ➛ Gestione periferiche), tra i dispositivi elencati compare

 

[Dispositivo sconosciuto] o [Altre periferiche] con accanto un punto

interrogativo giallo (?)oppure un punto esclamativo (!).

➜ Fare clic con il tasto destro del mouse sul punto nterrogativo

 

 

(?) o sul punto esclamativo (!) quindi selezionare "Disattiva".

 

Riavviare il PC e collegare nuovamente la fotocamera. Con

 

Windows 98 occorrerà rimuovere anche il driver della fotocame-

 

ra quindi reinstallarlo dopo aver riavviato il PC.

 

 

 

 

Sul PC sono installati programmi di sicurezza (Norton Anti Virus,

 

V3, etc.) e il computer non riconosce la fotocamera come disco

➜ Disattivare il programma e collegare la fotocamera al compu-

 

ter. Per informazioni su come disattivare il programma di

 

sicurezza installato consultare il manuale di istruzioni del

Il PC a cui è collegata la fotocamera si blocca all'avvio di Windows.

 

➜ In tal caso, scollegare la fotocamera dal PC e riavviare Windows.

 

Se il problema persiste, disattivare l’opzione "Legacy USB

 

Support" (Supporto versioni USB precedenti) e riavviare il

PC. L'opzione "Legacy USB Support" si trova nel menu di

configurazione del sistema BIOS. (ll menu di configurazione del

 

 

sistema BIOS varia a seconda della casa produttrice del PC e

 

taluni BIOS sono privi dell’opzione "Legacy USB Support"). Se

 

non si riesce a modificare il parametro, rivolgersi al produttore

 

del PC o del BIOS.

 

 

 

 

La fotocamera è collegata alla porta USB posta sul davanti del

 

computer.

➜ Se la fotocamera è collegata alla porta USB posta sulla parte

anteriore del computer, questo potrebbe non riconoscere

 

 

correttamente il dispositivo collegato. Collegare la fotoca-
