Velocità otturatore

Il tempo di posa corrisponde alla quantità di tempo necessaria per aprire e chiudere l'otturatore. Controlla la quantità di luce che passa attraverso il diaframma prima di raggiungere il sensore immagini.

In genere, la velocità dell'otturatore è regolabile manualmente. La misura della velocità dell'otturatore è nota come “Valore dell'esposizione” (EV) che

èindicato in intervalli di 1 s, 1/2 s, 1/4 s, 1/8 s, 1/15 s, 1/1000 s, 1/2000 s e così via.

Pertanto, maggiore è la velocità otturatore, meno luce entra. Allo stesso modo, minore è la velocità otturatore, più luce potrebbe entrare.

La foto seguente mostra come un tempo di posa lento concede più tempo alla luce per entrare nella fotocamera. Questo aggiunge un effetto di movimento sfocato agli oggetti in movimento. Dall'altro lato, un tempo di posa rapido concede meno tempo alla luce per entrare e la foto blocca più facilmente i soggetti in movimento.
