Section 4: Menu Navigation
This section explains the menu navigation for your phone.

Menu Navigation

Access the menus and sub-menus in your phone using the
Navigation key ( ) and soft keys ( or ), or use a
shortcut.
1. In Standby mode, select
Menu
( ). The Main Menu (the
first of several menus) appears in the display.
2. Use the Navigation key to browse through the menus.
3. Press to enter the menu or sub-menu that appears in
the display.
4. Press Back or to return to the previous menu.

Using Menu Shortcuts

Use menu shortcuts to quickly access menus and sub-menus.
From a numbered menu, press the number to the left of the
menu label to jump to the desired menu, sub-menu, or feature.
Example:

Outbox
sub-menu, select
Menu
( ), then press
(for Messages) and for Outbox.

Using Shortcut Icons

You can also access menus
and sub-menus using Shortcut
Icons, and without the menu-
based drill down.
1. In Standby mode,
highlight the desired
shortcut icon by
pressing the Navigation key Left or Right. The name of the
shortcut icon appears above it.
2. Press to launch the related application.

Using the Info Panel

Info Panel lets you directly access Missed
Calls records (1), unread Incoming
messages (2), and Voicemail (3).
1. In Standby mode, highlight an icon
in the Info Panel by pressing the Navigation key Down once
or Up twice.
2. Select the desired Info Panel icon by pressing the
Navigation key Left/Right, then pressing .
