To view events by event types,
1.Press [ 
] → Calendar → Events tab.
2.Select

3.Select an event to view its details.
File Viewer
Use the file viewer to view Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, and text files.
Open a file
1.Press [ 
] → File Viewer.
2.Select a file.
3.While viewing the document, use the following features:
•Select 
or 
to move between pages.
•Select 
to go to specific page.
•Touch the display to view in full screen mode; To exit full screen mode, touch the display again.
•Touch the display twice and then drag up (zoom in) or down (zoom out).
Find a word from a document
1.Press [ 
] → File Viewer.
2.Select a file.
3.Select 
→ Search for word.
4.Enter the word to find and select 
. The word found will be highlighted in the document.
