Select a variation of the effect to apply and select

To apply a blur effect to a specific area of an image, select Partial blur, move or resize the rectangle and select Apply.

Save the edited image with a new file name.
Transform an image

Open an image to edit.

Select Transform a transforming option.

To resize the image, move the scroll bar to a size and

To rotate or flip the image, select an orientation

To crop the image, draw a rectangle over the area to
