To change the calendar view,

1 In Menu mode, select Calendar.

2 Select a view mode from the top line of the calendar.

Month: A full month in one view; In month view, days with scheduled events are indicated by a small triangle; In month view, you can switch to year view by selecting the month and year field or placing your two fingers on the screen and pinch. To return to month view, select a month you want.

Week: Daily blocks for the days in one full week

Day: Hourly blocks for one full day

List: A list of scheduled events To view events of a specific date,

1 In Menu mode, select Calendar.

2 Select a date on the calendar.

To move to today’s date, select Today.

3 Select an event to view its details.

You can send the event to others by selecting Share

an option.

You can synchronise your calendar with an Exchange server after configuring sync settings. p. 54

If you set an alarm for a calendar event, the alarm will sound at the specified time. To stop the alarm, drag to the left.
