Protecting a Single Image

You can protect images from being accidentally deleted.

Protected images are also deleted if you format the memory card.

Protecting All Images

1. Press the playback button ( ).

-The most recently captured image (image

with the largest file number) is displayed on

the LCD monitor.

2. Press the AE-Lbutton (	) twice.
-The Protect all images screen appears.

2.	Press the AE-Lbutton (	).
	-The Protect screen appears.
3.	Press the direction buttons (▲▼) to select
	[Protect].
4.	Press the OK button.
	-The selected image is protected.

Unprotect

3.Press the direction buttons (▲▼) to select [Protect].

4.Press the OK button.

-All images saved in the SD Memory Card are protected.

Select [Unprotect] in Step 3 to cancel the Protect setting on all of the images.
