Magic Touch
Simply touch the area on the LCD screen that you want to focus on when taking a photo. You can capture clearer photos as the Magic Touch function optimizes the focus and white balance for the point you touch.

Submenu items
•Off: Disables the function.
•On ( 
): Touch the area on the LCD screen that you would like to focus on. Brightness will also be adjusted to the optimal value.
To activate Magic Magic Touch with a long touch
•You can activate the Magic Touch function by pressing and holding a particular point on the LCD screen for about 2 seconds while in the record STBY mode.
•To capture the photo, press the PHOTO button after focusing or simply touch the point to focus and hold for 2 more seconds with a finger.

•To disable the Magic Touch function, touch the AF ( 
AF ) tab on the LCD screen, then “Focus” is then set to “Auto.”
•When you specify “Magic touch: On,” “Face Detection” is set to “Off” automatically and “Metering” is set to “Multi” automatically.
