•Tallennusvälineen kansio- ja tiedostorakenne on seuraava:

•Tiedostot nimetään DCF-järjestelmän (Design rule for Camera File System) mukaan.

Videotiedosto (H.264) ➀

•HD-laatuiset videot ovat HDV_####.MP4-muodossa.

•SD-laatuiset videot ovat SDV_####.MP4-muodossa.

•Tiedoston numero suurenee automaattisesti, kun uusi videotiedosto luodaan.

•Uusi kansio luodaan, kun tiedostojen määrä on yli 999–1000.

• Kansiot nimetään nousevassa järjestyksessä: 100VIDEO, 101VIDEO jne. Kansioiden enimmäismäärä on 999.

• Tallennusvälineeseen voi tallentaa enintään 9999 tiedostoa tällä videokameralla.

Valokuvatiedosto ➁

• Myös valokuvatiedostoissa tiedoston numero kasvaa automaattisesti, kun uusi kuvatiedosto luodaan.

•Valokuvat ovat SAM_####.JPG-muodossa.

•Kansiot nimetään nousevassa järjestyksessä: 100PHOTO, 101PHOTO jne.

Tiedostomuoto

Videotiedostot

•Videotiedostot on pakattu H.264-muotoon. Tiedostotunniste on “.MP4”.

•Sivulla 50 on lisätietoja videoiden tarkkuuksista.

Valokuvatiedostot

•Valokuvat on pakattu JPEG-tiedostomuotoon (Joint Photographic Experts Group). Tiedostotunniste on “.JPG”.

•Sivulla 51 on lisätietoja valokuvien tarkkuuksista.

Videokameralla kuvatun videotiedoston nimeä ei tule muuttaa, koska tiedoston toistaminen videokameralla edellyttää, että tiedosto on alkuperäisessä kansiossa alkuperäisellä nimellä.
