Luisteren naar de radio

De toetsen op de afstandsbediening gebruiken

1 . Druk op de toets FUNCTION om FM te selecteren.

2 . Stem af op het gewenste station.

•Tuner vooraf instellen 1: druk op de toets 5 om PRESET te selecteren en druk vervolgens op de toets TUNING/CH (,.) om het voorgeprogrammeerde station te selecteren.

-Voordat u kunt afstemmen op voorgeprogrammeerde stations, moet u de voorgeprogrammeerde stations toevoegen aan het geheugen van het product.

•Handmatig afstemmen: druk op de toets 5 om MANUAL te selecteren en druk op de toets TUNING/CH (,.) om af te stemmen op een lagere of hogere frequentie.

•Automatisch afstemmen: druk op de toets 5 om MANUAL te selecteren en houd de toets TUNING/CH (,.) ingedrukt om automatisch op de band te zoeken.

Mono/stereo instellen

Druk op de toets MO/ST.

•Telkens wanneer op de toets wordt gedrukt, schakelt het geluid tussen STEREO en MONO.

•Bij een slechte ontvangst, kunt u MONO selecteren voor een heldere, storingsvrije uitzending.

Stations voorprogrammeren

Voorbeeld: de frequentie 89.10 FM in het geheugen programmeren.

1 . Druk op de toets FUNCTION om FM te selecteren.

2 . Druk op TUNING/CH (,.) om <89.10> te selecteren.

3 . Druk op de toets TUNER MEMORY.

•Het NUMMER knippert op het scherm. 4 . Druk nogmaals op de toets TUNER

MEMORY.

•Druk op de toets TUNER MEMORY voordat het NUMMER vanzelf van het scherm verdwijnt.

•Nadat u op de toets TUNER MEMORY hebt gedrukt, verdwijnt het NUMMER en is het station opgeslagen in het geheugen.

5 . U kunt andere stations instellen door de stap 2 tot en met 4 te herhalen.

•Als u wilt afstemmen op een voorgeprogrammeerd station, drukt u op de toets TUNING/CH (,.) op de afstandsbediening.

Informatie over RDS-uitzending

RDS (Radio Data System) gebruiken

om FM-stations te ontvangen

Met RDS kunnen FM-stations een extra signaal uitzenden naast hun reguliere programmasignalen. De stations zenden bijvoorbeeld hun naam uit, maar ook informatie over welk type programma ze uitzenden, zoals sport of muziek enzovoort. Wanneer u afstemt op een FM-station dat de RDS-service biedt, gaat de RDS-indicator op het scherm branden.

Beschrijving van de RDS-functie

•PTY (programmatype): geeft het huidig uitgezonden type programma weer.

•PS NAME (PS-NAAM) (naam programmaservice): geeft de naam van het zendstation aan en bestaat uit 8 tekens.

•RT (radiotekst): decodeert de tekst die door een station wordt uitgezonden (indien dit gebeurt) en bestaat uit maximaal 64 tekens.

•CT (tijd klok): decodeert de real-timeklok vanaf de FM-frequentie. Enkele stations zenden geen PTY-, RT- of CT-gegevens uit en daarom worden deze gegevens niet in alle gevallen weergegeven.

•TA (verkeersinformatie): Met TA AAN/UIT wordt aangegeven of de verkeersinformatie wordt uitgevoerd.

OPMERKING

RDS werkt mogelijk niet goed als het station waarop u hebt afgestemd niet correct RDS-signalen doorgeeft of wanneer de signaalsterkte zwak is.
