A készülék használata közben az alábbi helyes testtartást vegye fel:

Egyenesítse ki a hátát.

Hagyjon 45 - 50 cm távolságot a szeme és a képernyő között, kissé lefelé nézzen a képernyőre.

Tartsa a szemét közvetlenül a képernyővel szemben.

Állítsa be a szöget úgy, hogy a képernyőn ne tükröződjenek külső fények.

Tartsa az alkarját a felkarra merőleges szögben, a kézfejével azonos szinten. Tartsa a könyökét derékszöghöz közeli szögben.

Állítsa be a készülék magasságát úgy, hogy a térdét legalább 90 fokban behajlítva tarthassa, a sarka érjen le a padlóra, és az alkarja a szíve magassága alatt legyen.
