Det er ingen lyd i HDMI-modus.

Viste bildefarger kan virke unormale. Bilde eller lyd er kanskje ikke tilgjengelig. Dette kan oppstå hvis en kildeenhet som bare støtter en eldre versjon av HDMI-standarden, kobles til produktet.

Hvis disse problemene oppstår, kobler du til en lydkabel sammen med HDMI-kabelen.

Noen PC-grafikkort gjenkjenner kanskje ikke automatisk HDMI-signaler som ikke omfatter lyd. I slike tilfeller velger du en lydinngang manuelt.

IR-sensoren fungerer ikke.

Kontroller at sensorlampen slås på når du trykker på en knapp på fjernkontrollen.

•• Hvis sensorlampen ikke slås på, slår du strømbryteren av og på igjen på baksiden av produktet. (Strømlampen lyser rødt når skjermen slås av.)

Hvis sensorlampen fremdeles ikke slås på etter at strømbryteren er slått av og på igjen, kan en intern kontakt være koblet fra.

Kontakt det nærmeste servicesenteret for å levere produktet inn til service.

•• Hvis sensorlampen som er slått på, ikke blinker rødt når du trykker på en knapp på fjernkontrollen, kan IR-sensoren være defekt.

Kontakt det nærmeste servicesenteret for å levere produktet inn til service.

•• Hvis det ikke er noen endring på skjermen nå du trykker på en knapp på fjernkontrollen selv om sensorlampen blinker rødt, kan hovedkortet være defekt.

Når inngangskilden er DisplayPort i strømsparingsmodus, kan ikke skjerminnstillingene for PC lagres.

Gå til System → General og angi Max. Power Saving til Off. Alternativt kan du konfigurere skjermutgangsinnstillingene for PC på nytt. Kontroller at settet er slått på.

Når du starter PC-en på nytt når inngangskilden er angitt til Start PC-en på nytt når settet er slått på, eller når inngangskilden ikke er DisplayPort.

DisplayPort, vises ikke BIOS- og oppstartsskjermbildet.
