Vaš monitor može vršiti samo-test koji Vam omogućuje da provjerite da li monitor ispravno radi.

1.Isključite računalo i monitor.

2.Izvucite video kabel iz stražnje strane računala.

3.Uključite monitor.

Niže prikazana slika ("Provjera signalnog kabela") se pojavljuje na crnoj pozadini kada se monitor nalazi u uobičajenom radnom stanju, a ne detektira nikakav video signal: Dok se uređaj nalazi u načinu rada za samotestiranje, LED indikator svijetli zeleno, a po zaslonu se kreću slike.

Ako se ne pojavi nijedan od okvira, to znači da nešto nije u redu s monitorom.

Ovaj okvir se pojavljuje i tijekom normalnog rada ako se video kabel isključi ili ošteti.

4. Isključite monitor i ponovno spojite video kabel; zatim uključite i računalo i monitor.

Ako monitor ostane bez slike nakon što ste proveli gore navedeni postupak, provjerite sustav video sklopa

isustav računala; monitor radi ispravno.

2.Način rada nije optimalan

1.Ako je okomita frekvencija između 76 i 85 Hz ili je rezolucija UXGA (1600x1200), pojavljuje se slijedeća poruka, tj. obavijest koja vam dopušta da gledate zaslon jednu minutu. Nakon toga na zaslonu neće biti prikazana slika pa se od vas traži da prebacite na optimalan način rada.

2.Ako je okomita frekvencija veća od 86 Hz, na zaslonu se ne pojavljuje ništa osim sljedeće poruke. U tom slučaju ponovno podignite sustav u sigurnom načinu rada i promijenite postavke zaslona.
