Ce mode de combinaison associe l'énergie du micro-ondes avec de l'air chaud, ce qui a pour conséquence de réduire le temps de cuisson et de produire une surface dorée et croustillante sur les aliments. Utilisez-le pour tous les types de viande et de volaille, ainsi que plats en cocotte et gratins, gâteaux de Savoie, gâteaux aux fruits, tartes, crumbles, légumes grillés, scones et pains.

1. Placez la grille inférieure, ou la combinaison de la grille inférieure et du plat croustilleur sur le plateau tournant.

2. Placez les aliments dans des récipients adaptés et fermez la porte.

3. Suivez les étapes 1-4 dans le Mode Manuel à la page 27.

4. Lorsque la cuisson est terminée, « 0:00 » clignote. Utilisez des maniques pour retirer les aliments.

ATTENTION

Utilisez uniquement des plats adaptés au micro- ondes, comme des récipients en verre, en céramique ou en faïence ne comportant pas d'ornements métalliques.
