Décongélation

Placez les aliments congelés dans un récipient adapté au micro-ondes sans couvercle. Retournez-les pendant la décongélation, égouttez-les et retirez les abats après la décongélation. Pour une décongélation plus rapide, coupez les aliments en petits morceaux et enveloppez-les d'aluminium avant la décongélation. Lorsque la surface extérieure des aliments congelés commence à fondre, arrêtez la décongélation et laissez reposer comme indiqué dans le tableau ci-dessous.

Ne changez pas le niveau de puissance par défaut (180 W) pour la décongélation.
