		Laissez reposer pendant 20 à 50 minutes.

4	125 à 1000 g	Placez le pain sur une feuille de papier absorbant et
Pain/Gâteaux		retournez-le dès que le signal sonore retentit.
		Posez le gâteau sur une assiette en céramique et, si
		possible, retournez-le au signal sonore (le four continue
		de fonctionner et s'arrête automatiquement lorsque vous
