4 Turn the printer upside down, and remove one screw securing the shield cover, then remove the cover.

5 Locate the connector on the control board.

6 Hold the memory SIMM so that the
notch ❶ and the connection point ❷ are
aligned with the slot as shown, and
insert it all the way into the connector at
a 30 degrees angle.	❷
