Naudodami naudotojo slaptažodį galite įjungti kompiuterį, tačiau negalite keisti pagrindinių BIOS sąrankos nuostatų, nes negalite įeiti į BIOS sąranką.

Prieš konfigūruojant naudotojo slaptažodį reikia sukonfigūruoti „Supervisor Password“ (vadovo slaptažodis). Išjungus vadovo slaptažodį, taip pat išjungiamas naudotojo slaptažodis.

Parinktyje „Set User Password“ (nustatyti naudotojo slaptažodį) spustelėkite <„Enter“ (įvesti)> ir atlikite veiksmus pradedant nuo vadovo slaptažodžio nustatymo procedūros trečiojo žingsnio.

Norint nustatyti paleidimo slaptažodį, reikia iš anksto nustatyti administratoriaus slaptažodį („Set Supervisor Password“ (nustatyti vadovo slaptažodį).
