O telecomando não funciona.

•• Verifique se o indicador de corrente do televisor pisca quando carrega no botão de alimentação do telecomando. Se não piscar, substitua as pilhas do telecomando.

•• Certifique-se de que coloca as pilhas com a polaridade (+/–) na posição correcta.

•• Experimente apontar o telecomando directamente para o televisor a uma distância entre 1,5 e 1,8 m.

•• Se o seu televisor incluir Controlo Remoto Inteligente da Samsung (telecomando Bluetooth) não se esqueça de emparelhar o telecomando com o televisor.

O telecomando da caixa de televisão por cabo ou por satélite não liga nem desliga o televisor, nem ajusta o volume.

•• Programe o telecomando da caixa de televisão por cabo ou por satélite para funcionar com o televisor. Consulte o manual do utilizador da caixa de televisão por cabo ou por satélite para identificar o código do televisor

As definições do televisor perdem-se após 5 minutos.

•• O televisor encontra-se no Modo Comercial. Mude o Modo de Utilização no menu Geral para Modo Doméstico (

> Definições > Geral > Gestor do Sistema > Modo de Utilização > Modo Doméstico).

Wi-Fi intermitente

•• Certifique-se de que o televisor tem uma ligação à rede ( > Definições > Geral > Rede > Estado da Rede).

•• Certifique-se de que a palavra-passe de Wi-Fi foi introduzida correctamente.

•• Verifique a distância entre o televisor e o modem/router. A distância não deve exceder os 15,2 m.

•• Reduza a interferência, não utilizando nem desligando dispositivos sem-fios. Além disso, confirme que não existem obstáculos entre o televisor e o modem/router. (A intensidade do sinal Wi-Fi pode ser reduzida por aparelhos, telefones sem fios, paredes de pedra/lareiras, etc.)
