Freezer Shelf (Premium model)
-Pull the shelf forward and slide it out.
Refrigerator Shelf
-Pull the shelf forward until it meets the stopper.
-Tilt the front of the shelf up and pull it out.
Bio-Fresh Zone Bin and Cover (Premium only)
-Pull the vegetable bin forward and take it out of the refrigerator.
-Lift the cover up and pull it out of the refrigerator.
