Setting Up and Using the Quick Menu
✤The Quick Menu is only available in REC mode.
✤Quick Menu is used to access camcorder functions by simply using the Navigation Wheel. Quick Menu provides easier
access to the frequently used menus without using the MENU button.
✤You can access the following functions by turning the Navigation Wheel:
-Changes the DATE/TIME stamp format that is displayed on screen.
-You can access this function using the MENU button (refer to page 39).
1. Turn the Navigation Wheel to select DATE/TIME .
2. To change the format, press the Navigation Wheel while the DATE/TIME is highlighted.
-Each press of the Navigation Wheel on the DATE/TIME menu changes the format in this order: DATE — TIME —
DATE/TIME
-Changes Wireless Remote Control acceptance.
-You can access this function using the MENU button (refer to page 40).
1. Turn the Navigation Wheel to select WL.REMOTE( ) .
2. Each press of the Navigation Wheel on WL.REMOTE( ) toggles the Wireless Remote acceptance between ON and
OFF.
-Anti-Shake function; turns the Digital Image Stabilizer function on and off.
-You can access this function using the MENU button (refer to page 56).
1. Turn the Navigation Wheel to select DIS( ) .
2. Each press of the Navigation Wheel on DIS( ) toggles the Digital Image Stabilizer between ON and OFF.
