Beaming a Task

You can beam a task to another Pocket PC using the IR port. This operation requires that both users have the Pocket PC software. To beam a task:

1.Tap Start located in the upper left corner of the screen and select Programs.

2.Select Tasks.

3.Select the desired task to beam.

4.Tap Tools and select Beam Task.

5.When the task is successfully transferred, tap Close.

Adding a Note to a Task

To add a recorded or written note to a task:

1.Tap Start located in the upper left corner of the screen and select Programs.

2.Select Tasks.

3.Select the desired task from the task list.

4.Tap Edit.

5.Tap the Notes tab.

6.When finished adding the note, tap to save and exit.
