Booklet Printing reduces the size of each page by 50% and prints two pagesper side, giving you the option of printing any document into a compact, con-venient format. The pages are printed in the correct order so the documentcan be folded and stapled to form a booklet.
• Poster Printing
Poster Printing automatically resizes your document so it prints acrossmultiple sheets, 4, 9, or 16 sheet of paper, which can be joined togetherto form a big poster. (2x2, 3x3 and 4x4)
• Overlay
An overlay is text or images stored on the computer hard disk drive as aspecial file format that can be printed on any document. Overlays areoften used to take the place of preprinted forms and letterhead paper.Rather than using preprinted letterhead, you can create an overlay con-taining the same information that is currently on your letterhead. To printa letter with your company’s letterhead, you need only tell the machine toprint the letterhead overlay on your document.
• Watermark
Watermark provides the ability to print text, such as “Draft” or “Confidential”in the background of every page.
