Ready or Disk Change line.

This line becomes active "LOW" when the drive is selected,a disk is

clampedandthespindlemotorisuptospeed.

(after counting at least two Index pulses)

Otherwise this line goes logical "HIGH" level.

This line is active "LOW" unless disk is clamped and a Step pulse is

received when the drive is selected.
