CD-ROM-levyn sisältämän LAITTEEN ohjelmiston käyttöoikeuksia ei tämän KÄYTTÖOIKEUSSOPIMUKSEN perusteella voi pysyvästi siirtää toiselle, jollei matkapuhelinoperaattori toisin määrää. Jos matkapuhelinoperaattori sallii käyttöoikeuksien siirron, kaikki tämän KÄYTTÖOIKEUSSOPIMUKSEN mukaiset oikeudet voi pysyvästi siirtää kolmannelle osapuolelle seuraavin edellytyksin: LAITE myydään tai muutoin siirretään kolmannelle osapuolelle, OHJELMISTOSTA ei tehdä kopioita, koko OHJELMISTO (mukaan lukien kaikki sen osat, painettu ja muu materiaali, mahdolliset päivitykset, tämä KÄYTTÖOIKEUSSOPIMUS ja aitoustodistus, jos sellainen on toimitettu), ja vastaanottaja hyväksyy tämän KÄYTTÖOIKEUSSOPIMUKSEN ehdot. Jos käytössä oleva OHJELMISTO on päivitetty versio, siirrossa täytyy luovuttaa myös OHJELMISTON aiemmat versiot.

•Sopimuksen voimassaolon päättyminen. Jos tämän KÄYTTÖOIKEUSSOPIMUKSEN ehtoja ei noudateta, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. tai MS voi päättää tämän KÄYTTÖOIKEUSSOPIMUKSEN voimassaolon tämän vaikuttamatta muihin oikeuksiin. Tällaisessa tapauksessa sinun on tuhottava kaikki OHJELMISTON kopiot ja ohjelmiston osat.

•Suojauspäivitykset ja digitaalinen käyttöoikeuksien hallinta. Sisällöntuottajat käyttävät LAITTEESSA digitaalista käyttöoikeuksienhallintatekniikkaa ("DRM"), jolla suojellaan sisällön aitoutta ("suojattu materiaali"), jotta heidän tuottamaansa materiaalia ei voi anastaa ja tekijänoikeuksia rikkoa.
