3 Synkronisering

Du kan bruge Microsoft® ActiveSync® til at synkronisere data på din computer med dataene på din telefon. Ved synkronisering sammenlignes dataene på din telefon med din computer, og både telefonen og computeren opdateres med de seneste data.

Med ActiveSync kan du:

•Holde data i Kontaktpersoner, Kalender, Opgaver eller indbakke opdaterede ved at synkronisere telefonen med data i Microsoft Outlook på din computer.

•Kopiere (i stedet for at synkronisere) filer mellem telefonen og din computer.

•Bestemme, hvornår synkroniseringen finder sted, ved at vælge en synkroniseringstilstand.

•Vælge de datatyper, der skal synkroniseres og styre mængden af synkroniserede data.

ADVARSEL!

•ActiveSync synkroniserer to enheder med de seneste data. Det betyder, at hvis du sletter bestemte data fra telefonen efter en synkronisering og derefter udfører en synkronisering igen, så slettes de tilsvarende data på computeren. Sørg for, at du ikke mister vigtige data.

•Hvis du slukker telefonen, efter at du har kopieret filer til en mappe på telefonen, undtagen mappen Lager, med ActiveSync, slettes alle filer i den pågældende mappe. Gem vigtige filer i mappen Lager, hvis du vil undgå, at de slettes.
