Kalender

Benutzen Sie den Kalender zum Planen von Terminen, wie Besprechungen oder anderen Veranstaltungen. Sie können Ihre Termine in einer der zahlreichen Ansichten überprüfen (Agenda, Woche und Monat).

So öffnen Sie den Kalender:

Drücken Sie im Startbildschirm die Soft-Taste Start und wählen Sie anschließend Organizer → Kalender. Sie sehen nun die Terminliste, die Sie für den aktuellen Tag erstellt haben.

Termin erstellen

1.Drücken Sie die Soft-Taste Menü und wählen Sie Neuer Termin.

2.Füllen Sie alle Felder aus.

Im Feld Vertraulichkeit können Sie eine Empfindlichkeitsklasse für die Behandlung des Termins durch Microsoft Exchange Server Termin festlegen.

3.Wenn Sie fertig sind, drücken Sie die Soft-Taste Fertig.

Termin anzeigen und bearbeiten

In der Kalenderanzeige können Sie Ihre Termine in verschiedenen Ansichten anzeigen und bearbeiten: Agenda, Woche oder Monat. Als Standard wird der Kalender zuerst in der Agenda-Ansicht angezeigt, die die meisten Einzelheiten zu Ihrem Termin enthält.
