3 Synchronisierung

Mit Microsoft® ActiveSync® können Sie die Daten von Ihrem PC mit den Daten auf Ihrem Telefon synchronisieren. Bei der Synchronisierung werden die auf Ihrem Telefon vorhandenen Daten mit denen auf Ihrem PC verglichen und die jeweils älteren Daten durch die jeweils neuesten ergänzt und aktualisiert.

Mit ActiveSync können Sie:

•Die Kontakt-, Kalender-, Aufgaben- oder Posteingangsdaten immer aktuell halten, indem Sie Ihr Telefon regelmäßig mit den Microsoft-Outlook-Daten auf Ihrem PC synchronisieren.

•Dateien zwischen Ihrem Telefon und Ihrem PC kopieren (ohne Synchronisierung).

•Bestimmte Synchronisationsmethoden und -zeitpunkte festlegen.

•Wählen, welche Datenarten synchronisiert werden, und den Umfang der synchronisierten Daten festlegen.

WARNUNG!

•ActiveSync synchronisiert zwei Geräte mit den neuesten Daten. Wenn Sie also nach einer Synchronisierung bestimmte Daten von Ihrem Telefon löschen und später eine erneute Synchronisierung durchführen, werden auch die entsprechenden Daten auf dem PC gelöscht. Achten Sie also stets darauf, dass Sie keine wichtigen Daten löschen.

•Wenn Sie das Telefon ausschalten, nachdem Sie Dateien mit ActiveSync in Ordner kopiert haben, werden alle Dateien in diesen Ordnern gelöscht, ausgenommen im Ordner Eigene Dokumente (My Documents). Speichern Sie wichtige Dateien hier, um zu verhindern, dass sie gelöscht werden.
