Hinweise zu DRM, Lizenzen und geschützten Dateien

Einige digitale Mediendateien, z.B. Songs, die Sie sich von Online-Anbietern heruntergeladen haben, sind verschlüsselt, damit sie sich nicht illegal weitergeben oder kopieren lassen. Die Content-Anbieter verwenden dabei eine Technologie namens Digital Rights Management (DRM), um die Dateien zu verschlüsseln. Beim Verschlüsseln der Datei erzeugt der Content-Anbieter eine Lizenz, die festlegt, wie und wann die Datei verwendet werden darf.

So kann ein Content-Anbieter beispielsweise eine Lizenz erstellen, mit der Sie bestimmte Dateien auf Ihrem PC wiedergeben können, aber nicht auf Ihrem Telefon. Oder eine Lizenz, mit der Sie eine bestimmte Datei auf Ihrem Telefon abspielen können, jedoch nur einen Monat lang oder nur x mal. Dateien, die mit derartigen Lizenzen versehen wurden, bezeichnet man als geschützte Dateien.

Mediendateien mit ActiveSync kopieren

1.Stellen Sie eine Verbindung zwischen Ihrem Telefon und einem PC her und beginnen Sie die Synchronisierung (siehe Seite 51).

2.Öffnen Sie das Dateiverzeichnis Ihres Telefons, indem Sie im Microsoft ActiveSync-Fenster auf Durchsuchen klicken.

3.Ziehen Sie die gewünschten Mediendateien zum Kopieren in einen Ordner.
