E-Mails synchronisieren

Verwenden Sie das Konto Outlook-E-Mailzum Senden und Empfangen von E-Mails, indem Sie E-Mails mit Microsoft Exchange oder Microsoft Outlook auf Ihrem PC synchronisieren. Dafür müssen Sie lediglich die Synchronisierung Ihres Posteingangs unter ActiveSync aktivieren.

Während der Synchronisierung:

•Die Nachrichten werden von den Exchange- oder Outlook-Postfächern auf Ihrem Computer in den Ordner Outlook-E-MailIhres Telefons kopiert.

•E-Mails in Outlook-E-Mailauf Ihrem Telefon werden in die Exchange- oder Outlook-Ordner übertragen und von diesen Programmen gesendet.

Direkte Verbindung zu einem E-Mail-Server herstellen

Sie können E-Mails senden und empfangen, indem Sie eine Verbindung zu Ihrem E-Mail-Server herstellen. Dafür müssen Sie eine externe Verbindung zu einem Netzwerk oder einem ISP sowie eine Verbindung zu Ihrem E-Mail-Server einrichten.

Wenn Sie eine Verbindung zum E-Mail-Server herstellen, werden die neu eingegangenen Nachrichten in den Posteingang Ihres Telefons heruntergeladen. Die im Postausgang enthaltenen Nachrichten werden gleichzeitig gesendet, und alle Nachrichten, die vom E-Mail-Server gelöscht wurden, werden entsprechend aus den Postfächern Ihres Telefons gelöscht.
