•Connect the USB connector to the USB port carefully. Forcing the connector to the wrong way may damage the USB connector or USB port.

•If the dongle does not work properly, it could be because of a lack of power. Use the Y-cable to connect the dongle designed to plug into two USB ports to supply extra power.
