Om trenerfunksjonen

Trenerfunksjonen inkluderer Firstbeat-teknologi som tilbyr tilpasset treningsveiledning. Firstbeat bruker treningseffektanalyse (TE) som måler samlet fysisk belastning under en treningsøkt

og vurderer effekten på formen din. Treningseffektnivåer er basert på din fysiske profil og pulsinformasjonen som registreres mens du trener. Treningseffektnivået ditt øker når du trener effektivt, og trenerfunksjonen bruker treningseffekt til å gi deg tilbakemeldinger.
