Коснитесь значка →Мое питание.

Выберите пункт Добавить продукт, введите название продукта и его энергетическую ценность, а затем выберите пункт Сохранить.

3 Введите количество съеденного и выберите пункт OK. Сведения о продукте будут добавлены в список «Мое питание».

Чтобы внести сведения о приеме пищи из списка часто употребляемых продуктов, выберите пункт Мое питание, укажите добавленный продукт и выберите пункт Готово.

Выберите пункт Сохранить.
