Capture a screenshot while using the Gear.
Press and hold the Home key and swipe your finger to the right across the screen. You can view captured images in Gallery.
It is not possible to capture a screenshot while using some apps and features.
Updating the Gear
The Gear can be updated to the latest software.

The Gear can be directly updated to the latest software by the firmware
