Users

This device can be shared by multiple people by creating User profiles. Users have their own space, which they can customize with their own apps, wallpaper, and so on. Users can also adjust device settings like Wi-Fi that affect everyone.

Set Up Owner Profile

To set up the Owner profile:

1.From the Settings screen, touch Users.

2.Touch Owner.

The My local profile screen displays.

3.Touch fields to display the on-screen keyboard and enter the owner information. For more information about entering information, see “Creating Contacts” on page 46.

4.When you finish entering information, touch Save.

Change Owner Nickname

To change the Owner nickname:

1.From the Settings screen, touch Users.

2.Touch Nickname.

The Nickname pop-up displays.

3.Touch the Nickname field and use on-screen keyboard enter the new nickname.

4.Touch OK.

Add a New User

To add a new User:

1.From the Settings screen, touch Users.

2.Touch Add user.

3.If the new User is able to set up their space now, touch Set up now. Touch Not now to create an empty User space that can be modified later.

The AT&T Ready2Go screen displays.

4.Touch get started and follow the prompts to set up the new User space.

Delete a User

To delete a User:

1.From the Settings screen, touch Users.

2.Touch the user’s profile entry.

3.Touch Delete user.
