Conecte el dispositivo al ordenador con un cable USB.

Abra el panel de notificaciones, y después pulse Conectado como dispositivo multimedia

Dispositivo multimedia (MTP).

Pulse Cámara (PTP) si el ordenador no admite el protocolo de transferencia multimedia (MTP) o si no ha instalado los controladores apropiados.

Transfiera archivos entre el dispositivo y el ordenador.

Proteger el dispositivo

Evite que otras personas usen el dispositivo o accedan a sus datos personales y a la información almacenada mediante las funciones de seguridad. El dispositivo solicitará un código cada vez que intente desbloquearlo.

Definir el desbloqueo facial

En la pantalla Aplicaciones, pulse Ajustes Pantalla de bloqueo Bloqueo de pantalla Desbloqueo facial.

Coloque la cara en el marco para detectarlo. Después, defina un PIN o un patrón secundario para desbloquear la pantalla en caso de que el desbloqueo facial no funcione.

Definir el desbloqueo facial y de voz

En la pantalla Aplicaciones, pulse Ajustes Pantalla de bloqueo Bloqueo de pantalla Cara y voz.

Coloque la cara en el marco para detectarlo, y después defina un comando de voz. Después, defina un PIN o un patrón secundario para desbloquear la pantalla en caso de que el desbloqueo facial y de voz no funcione.
