To use Settings menus
You can customize various settings of the camcorder using the MENU button.
1. In your selected operation mode, press the MENU button.
2. Move the Joystick left or right to select “Settings.”
3. Move the Joystick up or down to select the desired menu item, and then press the
Joystick.
• To exit, press the MENU button.
• Some items may be grayed out depending on the selected mode and storage
mode (VP-DX205(i)/DX2050/DX210(i) only).
• If there is no storage inserted, menu items such as “Disc Format,” “Card Info,”
etc. are grayed out.
• Accessible items in menu vary depending on the operation mode.
Using the Joystick
You can navigate menu items and access the Shortcut menu. page 35
Button tips!
a. MENU button : Use it to enter or exit the menu.
b. Joystick : Use to move up/down/left/right.
c. Joystick (OK) : Use to select or confirm the menu.
